Borris House will come alive with the sound of thundering hooves, clashing shields and breaking lances when the Medieval Legends Jousting Team give battle each day in the Main Arena at the National Country Fair.

This really is family entertainment at its very best as in fantastic, coloured costumes the team of Medieval Knights engage in jousting and swordplay. The team, which is based close to Nottingham Castle, will travel to Borris House to entertain us with displays that will have you talking about them for weeks to come.

Watch as the knights hone their skills by striking the man-shaped target, the swinging quintain ball, and attempt to spear the peasant's heads off the ground at speed.
The show also boasts superbly choreographed foot fights with merciless swords, flaming fireballs on chains and unyielding quarterstaffs as well as the knights romantically accepting favours from the ladies and fighting for their honour.
